Clinical AI disruption is arriving from multiple directions simultaneously — payer AI systems automating prior authorization decisions, ambient documentation tools capturing clinical encounters, coding AI classifying diagnoses and procedures, care gap identification tools surfacing HEDIS measure opportunities.
